CHRYSLER 300C in 2017

Since March of 2015, CAMEL started to work with the tier one of General Motors for several visor systems, interior systems and E8 grade parts, tools size from 3.5 tons to 8.6 tons, separately shipped to USA and Mexico for mass production, also support several times of engineering change and small quantity production. 
 

Average size of these tools are 4.5 tons, we are glad to say that here is no delay on molds designing and molds manufacturing, also organize the ocean shipment, lead time is the biggest advantage of CAMEL and also suppprt clients to receive good reputation from GM.

Lotus Cars

Lotus Elise S

Automotive business occupy 26% roughly as annual marketing reports current years, from product design analysis to moulds manufacturing and sampling, we keep tight communication with customers. 

Since 2010, CAMEL Engineering keep working with Lotus cars local subcontracts for a completed total amount of 26 automotive tools for the new Lotus cars Elise S, also including measuring fixtures which shipped with moulds together by ocean to UK for mass production.

Lotus Evora 400

From November 2014 to November 2015 , CAMEL Engineering supplied Lotus cars fo 113 sets Of plastic  Injection tools design, manufacturing and related checking fixtures building, also finished 500 sets pre production before molds shipped UK by ocean. This package Order are including parts from grill series, lights series, automobile console series, rearview mirror series, engine cover series, handle series, rear bumper series, steering wheel series, dashboard series, air conditioning series. 

 

The Lotus Evora 400 is the fastest Lotus road car of the New Millennium. Its lightwelght chassis has been lowered and widened to make cockpit entry and exit to the 2+2 composite body easy. The Evora 400 exudes the Lotus spirit Of lightness and driving purity SO succinctly. 

 

Despite producing 400hp(406ps) from its 3.5-litre supercharged V6 engine, with its comfortable cabin displaying many new features, the overall kerbweight of the Evora 400 has been reduced by 22kg over its forebear. As a result, its exquisite power to weight ratio, combined with an aerodynamic package that maintains zero lift but increases downforce at high speeds, simply enhances its supercar appeal.

Bentley

Bentley Flying Spur

From September 2014 to January 2015. CAMEL Engineering Ltd supplied with one plastic injection mold project to BentleyMotors from mold design, mold manufacturing,fixture building and 500 sets of pre production, then ship mold and parts by ocean and air separately, receive good reputation from Bentley Motors engineering team and proud of being part of development of the Flying Spur.

From the sharp lines of its super-formed aluminium exterior to the hand-crafted hides and veneers that adorn the interior,the expertise of Bentley's craftsmen is evident throughout the Flying Spur W12. Every seam in the A-Grade leather is individually sewn.Evey layer of veneer is lacquered and polished by hand. The entire cabin, from the wood and the leather to the  architecture that supports the car’s digital technology has been fitted by hand.

While the 6-litre W12 engine can propel the Flying Spur W12 from 0-60 mph in 4.3 seconds and on to a top speed of 199 mph, the environment inside remains one of absolute calm-not least because of the specially-designed soundproofing Installed in the floor and the doors

London Taxi

London Taxi TX5 Project

From November 2016 to April 2017, CAMEL Engineering supplied with one UK molding shop completed a 40 tools package project from London Taxi company from products development, molds design, molds manufacturing, check fixtures manufacturing, molds sampling, engineering change, 200 sets pre production and ocean shipping, received good reputation and wined possibility for another package project of seven seats van from London Taxi Company.

 

The TX5 design concept captures the spirit of past generations of LTC models such as the Fairway series and draws on more than sixty years of style that has made the Black Cab an iconic sight on the streets of London. While maintaining recognisable key features, the new zero emission capable TX5 has been updated to reflect the needs of today's passengers and the move towards a low-carbon economy. The prototype of the new model was unveiled in the presence of the Chinese President Xi Jinping, who is on a four-day state visit to the UK, and the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge.

Harman/Kardon is a division of Harman International and manufactures home and car audio equipment, and a variey of vehicle manufacturers including, Audi, BMW, Land Rover, Mercedes-Benaz, Buick, KIA, MINI, Saab, Harley-Davidson, Jeep, Chrysler, Dodge and Subaru, Harman also markets in car entertainment under the Mark Levinson brand for Lexus.
CAMEL Engineering built business relationship with Harman/Kardon since September of 2013 as large Audion version project and received good evaluation.
